Strength, fitness and flexibility program, with support and accountability via group classes, 1-1 client sessions and weekly support calls. 
Nutrition plans which empower clients to track their own food intake and make choices that work best for their lifestyle.
Live Community Days in Ireland: a walk, hike or swim, for clients to connect in-person with the coaches and with each other.
