About Coach Elan

Elan’s mission is to support clients to achieve their health and wellness goals holistically and sustainably, optimising sleep, nutrition, fitness and self-care to nourish mind and body.

Coach Elan creates personalised strength and nutrition plans that focus on female physiology, monthly cycles and stages of menopause, as part of a fully online programme which can be completed from the comfort of your own home.

Coach Elan’s Holistic Health Philosophy focuses on sleep, nutrition, strength, fitness, mindset and self-care.

Elan and his team provide support and accountability for clients via group classes, 1-1 client sessions and weekly support calls.

Coach Elan takes a holistic view of health & wellness, incorporating steps to improve mind, body and connection with nature into every program.

With over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry, Elan has mastered highly engaging and energising methods of providing accountability and motivation to his clients, while guiding them on their wellness journeys.

Coach Elan employs like-minded coaches to help him run female-only classes and 1-1 sessions with clients, hosted online via video call, which you can join from anywhere in the world.

Creating a sense of community is extremely important to Elan, so he regularly takes things offline to host quarterly ‘Community Days’: a walk, hike or swim somewhere in Ireland, giving clients the opportunity to connect in person with the coaches and with each other.

Elan Darcy graduated from the Technological University of Dublin in 2016 with a degree in Sports Management & Coaching. Since March 2017, he has trained over 500 clients.

He has delivered Corporate Wellness Programs and workplace presentations on the importance of health and wellbeing for companies such as Coinbase and IHS Markit.

Elan has previously lived and run his business in Mullingar and Dublin (Ireland), Barcelona (Spain) and Palermo (Sicily). He currently lives in County Tipperary with his girlfriend and their cat, Luna.
